Typical design fees range from $750 for basic plan layouts to $5,000+ for complex, detailed 3D renderings and 2D plans.
Your design agreement will be specific to your project.
Payment Terms:
Invoices will be sent to your email
33% deposit required at signing
33% due upon completion of imported survey data and house modeling
24% due at initial design presentation
10% due at completion of final approved design
*Hourly-billing invoices will be sent on Fridays and are due within 7 days. Work stops after 7 days of non-payment until balance due AND new balance is paid in full for any additional work that was completed.
Late fee of $10 per $100 balance is applied on all invoices 14 days delinquent and compounded every 30 days.
